Refund policy

General Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. To facilitate an exchange or store credit, please initiate your request via email to info@midasjoyeria.com within three (3) days following the receipt of the item. For exchange or store credit, the following conditions apply:

  • The request must be accompanied by the original packaging (boxes, bags, or other), the purchase receipt, and a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange or store credit request.
  • All exchange or store credit requests must be initiated within three (3) days of receiving the item.

Return Process

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received – unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • The item must be postmarked for return within 7 days of the original receipt.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please include your order number on the outside of the package.
  • Returns can be facilitated at any of our store locations.
  • Initiate a return by contacting us at info@midasjoyeria.com.

Condition of Returned Items

Upon receipt and inspection, an e-gift card for store credit or notification of replacement merchandise shipment will be issued within 3 to 6 business days.

Items not in good condition, damaged, or with missing parts may result in a denial of the exchange or store credit request.

Refused deliveries without prior consent will incur return shipping charges.

Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior request or not meeting the return conditions will not be accepted. Please contact us at info@midasjoyeria.com for any return queries.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@midasjoyeria.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If your package is reported as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or contact us at info@midasjoyeria.com. We will assist you with your case. Note that shipping company claims must be made after 20 days from the shipment date. Midas Joyeria and Midas Jewelers and all of their affiliates are not responsible for lost packages.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

All Sales Final: Please note that all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are possible for items purchased during a sale.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item. Once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final, and refunds are not available under any circumstances
